Course Updates for the Week of Monday, September 11

Geography A: We will continue working on Chapter 2, which focuses on the physical world.

Civics: We are working on our US Constitution unit.

American Heroes: We are wrapping Unit 1 and will be moving into the world of civility and the Civil War era.

World History: We will begin Chapter 1 which details the Renaissance of Europe, including the Reformation and the creation of the Church of England.

US History: Chapter 8 is up next for US, which follows the US as it evolved from a regional player to a world power through the Spanish-American War. This is an SLO chapter, so we will be taking a pre- and post-test.

Current Events: We are continuing our unit on media bias and fake news.
